i was considering getting cinderella hair extensions, but i was wondering, are they expensive!? how long do they last!? can you dye and straighten them like regular hair!? do you have to use a special shampoo!? do they hurt when being put in!? please answer, especially if you have them, or are certified to apply themCinderella hair extensions!?
I have been wearing hair extensions for over three years. I do them myself now and its fabulous! I learned everything I know about extensions from the people on this forum http://talk.hairboutique.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=34 There is more information there than you could ever need. I got my hair done at a salon for the first year and then realized I could do it myself. Visit that link and you will see people talk about all the different kinds, you'll see pictures, application techniques etc.
And extensions should never be painful. You can do anything you want to them - but I wouldn't recommend dying them, simply buy them in the color you want.Cinderella hair extensions!?

Cinderella Hair Extensions?
I've Recently had cinderella hair extensions done and after the first time of washing them four of the extensions have came out whilst drying, also when i brush my hair loads of it comes out! is this normal?

it depends on if you washed them with the special shampoo and didnt use to much conditioner near the root area, also when brushing them did you really pull them?
if not they they have been done incorrectly and i would advise you to return to the salon who did then and get them to either re-check the whole lot or refund some of your money as they are not ment to fall out so quickly - if you have been looing after them properly

I have cinderella hair extensions and severe dry scalp. What can I use to treat it?
I have had the extensions for almost a year now and the dry scalp developed about a month ago. I have had patches prior to this with my own hair maybe three or four times in 30 years but nothing even close to this, its in my entire scalp. It itches like crazy and it flakes everywhere. I am only supposed to use the cinderella hair products. Is there anything I can use that won't make the extensions fall out but still treat my dry scalp. I'm afriad to use selsum blue or any of the scalp oils because I don't want to ruin the extensions I spent alot of money on them.I have cinderella hair extensions and severe dry scalp. 1/3 of a ripe avocado, mash it up
1/4 cup of olive oil
enough water to make a paste
massage this into your scalp, leave it on for 10 minutes or more, and do this until the irritation disappears, and then 1x a week thereafter for healthy maintenance.
this should be very gentle on your extensions, btw, be gentle while you massage it in, and since this is a wholistic natural application done at home, i don't see where it would violate you having to use only Cinderella products.I have cinderella hair extensions and severe dry scalp. TEA TREE OIL IS GOOD STUFF
Mane and tail shampoo that is the best stuff you can buy try it and tell me if it worked for you.. It is in the animal section but that is what I use and it keeps my hair silky and my scalp moist I love it and it is kind of cheap so try it
You should go to the pharmacy and ask for a speacial shampoo to treat severe dry scalp . You might just have to take out the extensions. You might of spent alot of money on them but is it worth possibly making your hair fall out? .... Best wishes

Im having Cindrella hair extensions after xmas, and im getting really exited.
However my consultation for the extensions is not for 3 weeks, so cant ask any questions till then!

Yes yes hair extensions are amazing (I've had them for a looong time now). Washing is fine, just do it as little as you can. Try to be careful with them, because they break just as easy (if not easier) than regular hair. They look natural if you are getting nice ones, and if the person doesn it right. cinderella ones are similar to balmain extensions, same system used, prebonded extensions - the bonds heated up and then u attach it to the hair by rolling it with ur fingers so its ';fused'; together.
they can look very natural when applied properly - the hairdresser who puts them in should cut them into ur hair to make sure they do look natural and they should make sure its a perfect colour match.
easy to manage - if its good hair, yes they will be, however when u first have them in, they will be weird for you for first few days as obviously ur going from having whatever ur hair length is at the mo to having long hair.
washing - this is the fun bit lol. you have to make sure u use a special shampoo and conditioner when u wash them, as ingredients found in most shampoos/conditioners will make the bonds weaker and the extensions cud fall out.
also, u need to make sure ur heads back when u wash ur hair, like they do in a salon, again due to the bonds cud become weaker.
they can last up to 3 months if proper after care if followed and they been applied properly in the first place.

They are really itchy if you get glue in ones. And they can be very heavy on your head depending how many you get. Their pretty easy to wash just don't use conditioner if their glue ins. They can last longer as long as you take care of them right. You also can't use a straighter or curling hair on high it can ruin them. I do not recommend Cinderella. If you are on a budget, try a SoCap Hair Extension. If you are not, go for Great Lengths Hair Extensions or HairDreams Hair Extensions, they are much better and will not tangle.
i had them done not so long ago and i would strongly adviece you dont get the i dont want to bum you out but they compltly ruin your hair, there so unconfortable and after two weeks they look luk rats tails i no loads of peoplwho had them and strongly regreted it just bit of warning
Well the Hair will only be Good for one Night According to the Book so I'd go with Paris Hilton's Hair all the way Guaranteed For One Night .

Cinderella Hair extensions AGAIN?
I am Looking after them with the shampoo and conditioner the lady gave me and not tugging on them whilst brushing or anything, i researched alot into them before having them done and took everything in. i had them put in on wednesday 26th and it's now the 1st of december and already 9 of the bonds have came out, also i noticed when they coming out it has a number of my own hair strands at the top and im getting worried that i may get bald!! Someone please help and try to reassure me.

I really want to know how to apply hair extensions but particularly cinderella hair extensions. Ive been on the website(uk) but they wont let people do until they have finished their level 2 in hairdressing and im in my level 1 at the moment.
